Cancellation Policy

Zumars Cancellation Policy

Zumars LLC (“Zumars”) allows Buyers to cancel orders under the following conditions. This policy ensures fairness for both Buyers and Sellers and aligns with standard practices on marketplaces.

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

  1. Buyers may cancel an order at any time before the Seller ships the product.
  2. Once a cancellation request is submitted and approved, a full refund will be issued to the Buyer’s original payment method.
  3. Sellers are notified immediately of cancellations to prevent shipment.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  2. Buyers who wish to cancel after shipment must initiate a return once the order is delivered.
  3. Refunds for returned products are subject to the 14-Day Return & Refund Policy.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain products cannot be cancelled due to hygiene, personalization, or time-sensitive delivery. These include, but are not limited to:

  1. Personalized/customized products
  2. Final sale or clearance items
  3. Intimate apparel, bodysuits, or undergarments
  4. Digital products (if applicable)

4. Seller Responsibilities

  1. Sellers must ship orders promptly and confirm tracking information within 48 hours to avoid unintentional cancellations.
  2. Orders not shipped within the estimated processing time may be automatically cancelled by Zumars, and the Buyer will receive a full refund.

5. Refunds for Cancellations

  1. Refunds for successfully cancelled orders are processed within 5–14 business days.
  2. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
  3. If any fees were deducted (e.g., payment processing fees), they may be reflected in the refund.

6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  1. In cases of fraud, duplicate orders, or technical errors, Zumars reserves the right to cancel orders automatically.
  2. Buyers will always be notified of cancellations and refunded promptly.
