At Zumars Marketplace, high-quality product images are essential to building trust, improve customer experience, and increase sales. This policy defines the minimum image standards required for all product listings.

2. Original Images Only (No Third-Party Content)

1. All product images must be original and owned by the seller.
2. Third-party images, stock photos, manufacturer images, or images taken from other platforms are strictly prohibited.
3. Sellers must hold full rights to use every image uploaded to Zumars.
4. Listings using unauthorized images may be removed without prior notice.

3. Image Size & Pixel Requirements

To ensure consistency and clarity across the marketplace:

1. Minimum required image size: 500 × 500 pixels
2. Images below 500 × 500 pixels are not allowed
3. Recommended image ratio: 1:1 (square format)
4. Images must not be stretched, distorted, or artificially upscaled
5. Higher resolutions are encouraged as long as clarity is maintained

4. Image Quality Standards

a. Resolution & Sharpness

1. Images must be clear, sharp, and in focus
2. No blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images

b. Lighting & Color Accuracy

1. Proper lighting is required with no heavy shadows
2. Product colors must accurately represent the actual item
3. No misleading filters or excessive editing

c. Background & Framing

1. Clean, neutral backgrounds are required
2. White or light-colored backgrounds are strongly recommended
3. The product must be centered and clearly framed

d. Product Visibility

1. The full product must be visible
2. Close-up images are allowed for details but must be clear
3. Multiple angles are encouraged for better customer understanding

5. Image Content Rules

1. Images must show only the product being sold
2. No text overlays, pricing, promotional messages, watermarks, or contact details
3. No misleading props or accessories not included in the sale

6. Consistency & Accuracy

1. Images must match the product title and description
2. Product variations must be accurately represented
3. Each variation should have its correct image

7. Compliance & Enforcement

1. Zumars reserves the right to review, reject, or remove listings that do not meet this policy
2. Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or suspension
3. Sellers must update images upon request

By listing products on Zumars Marketplace, sellers confirm that:

3. Images accurately represent the product
